Our Team

A Christian for thirty years, David felt the call of God on his life for ministry early in his Christian walk. David completed most of his theological studies in his early twenties. Life, however, took him on a different path, but that fire for service was never extinguished. In recent years, David returned to Bible College, concluding his studies while serving our church as our pastor.

David has a heart for community, borne out by his previous work in community services, training roles and most recently as an integration aide for children who have difficulty functioning independently in the classroom. David brings this same empathy, compassion and understanding to his role in ministry.

David is married to Tracey. Together they have a large, blended family of mostly adult children and more recently the joy of grandchildren! God has planted them in Point Cook, which they call home. David has an energy and passion to reach out to the Point Cook community as we grow in love as a church.
